Universal execution law: INTENT → Mercury KNOW → identify system/owner → recover complete descendant scope and current evidence → reusable capability lookup → execute correct organism → independent QA → provenance receipt where verified → authorized learning and propagation → persistent consequences. A blocked branch stops its dependent nodes, not independent children or sibling Worlds. Synthetic Game and public demos never become real-world proof merely because rendered.
Scope inheritance: new professions, years, paper types, geographies, products, people, applications and research discoveries enter their canonical World through a typed relationship and source authority. The breadth is not limited to the categories in this current map.
